We do our best to display the products accurately with the pictures selected. However there can be some variations due to monitor resolution, camera settings and the natural variation in leather. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Fae Morgaine leather values its customers’ privacy. We do not transmit our clients’ data to a third person unless otherwise required by law or necessary to resolve an issue with your order or produce it. The financial information is held only at the servers of payment billing performing companies (PayPal or Square) and is secured in accordance with their internal security policy.
Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped by Australia Post unless otherwise specified. Delivery of in-stock items is estimated at 4-6 days. No claim will be admitted in case of the wrong address, an absence of the recipient at the stated address at the time of delivery or unclaimed parcels. In such cases, the order will be sent to you again at your expense.
Out of stock items will be made and sent as soon as possible, customers will be notified by email if production time will exceed 3 business days.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns or exchange of goods are accepted if we are notified within 30 days of receiving goods.
We want our customers happy so we WILL exchange most goods if you change your mind. This does not apply to custom-made orders.
Arrows, shields and other sports equipment have a limited warranty of 30 days from purchase.
Depending on conditions of return customer may be required to pay some or all of the shipping costs involved and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom Orders
Custom made orders must be paid for in advance. Manufacturing times vary based on workshop availability and item complexity, but are generally 2-4 weeks; there is a 50% deposit required when placing an order, with the balance due before shipping or collection. Custom orders are not valid for refund unless faulty. We are happy to work with customers until the order meets the initial request and quote provided.

Archery, fencing, horse-riding and other martial activities are dangerous and are performed at your own risk. Fae Morgaine Leather accepts no liability for damage done to oneself or to the third person along with any material or consequential damage relating to the use of products in these activities.
